There was a time in my life that fear had me wrapped around it’s finger. No one could tell, on the outside, people thought I was fearless. Moving from job, to city, to country. They thought I was the epitome of courageous, and against their fears, I was. But actually, there were so many fear based decisions I made. Decisions that ultimately changed the course of my life. Decisions that impacted my relationships, my friendships, my self-confidence and my self-esteem.
I went through a periods of despair, stuckness, frustration, anxiety, imposter syndrome, overwhelm, burnout. I came face to face with domestic abuse and trauma, and all of those negative emotions connected to decisions I had made. This was a very difficult thing for me to admit.But, it was only when I learned how to take responsibility for my emotions, was I able to take control of my life and really stand in my power.
The book by Susan Jeffers totally helped me to transform my life, more than once, but each time it took a while to navigate and apply to my life. This lead me to create this programme which allows me to combine the book with practical teachings and life coaching and this has had a truly profound impact on my clients, allowing them to have massive transformative results in a short period of time.
We begin by looking at your current position, where you are in your life. Identifying the fears and obstacles and working on the Mindset shift required, and the desire which fear is preventing you from progressing. Then we begin to outline a plan which would allow you to move forward with confidence.
In this module, the spotlight is on fear and how it has affected you so far, in your business/workplace and/or personal life. We identify the internal and external factors that cause fear to maintain its power in your life. Then reposition the fear to reduce its power over you as we begin to plan your steps forward.
Here, we go back to your plan as the steps gain momentum toward attaining your goals. We will create new habits that will help you sustain your new found momentum all while keeping fear behind you. We’ll work together to take positive actions that will take you outside of your comfort zone but will also enhance your self-confidence and self-belief.
The final module you will have a renewed level of trust in yourself and the knowledge that whatever you are faced with, you can handle it! You will see a change in yourself and your results. Fear will no longer be your focal point, instead, your confidence will noticeably shine and you will have learned the tools to maintain your position of self-confidence and personal power.
