In this module, you will learn how to recognise your value and worth and why it is important for your self-esteem and confidence.
– 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬: After completing this module, you will have a greater understanding of your value and worth, and you will be more confident in your abilities and talents.

In this module, you will learn the importance of setting boundaries and how it can help you build self-esteem and confidence in relationships, work and personal life. You’ll also explore the areas of your life that feel stagnant or unfulfilling, and you’ll learn how to take action towards positive change.
– 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬: After completing this module, you will have a clearer understanding of your personal boundaries and how to communicate them effectively, which will help you feel more in control of your life and increase your self-esteem. You’ll gain clarity on your values and strengths, and you’ll create a roadmap to achieve your goals

In this module, you’ll be clear on the mindset of a successful and fulfilled woman. You’ll learn how to reframe negative self-talk, overcome limiting beliefs, and cultivate a positive and resilient mindset with an understanding the importance of self-investment and how it can help you build self-esteem and confidence.
– 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬: After completing this module, you will have a greater appreciation for curating a growth mindset, the importance of self-care and investing time in yourself, and you will feel more fulfilled and confident as a result.

There is a lot of misunderstanding and myths that exist around self-confidence, and confidence overall. In this module, we will bust those myths and I will share my sustainable self-confidence formula with you as a tool that can help you to unleash it within.
– 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬: Increased self-esteem, more confidence, ability to set and achieve goals. A deeper understanding the relationship between self-esteem, confidence and choosing yourself and a framework to help you build self-esteem and confidence
✨𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝟓: 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞
Fear is a natural part of life, and it can hold us back from living our best lives. In this module, we’ll explore the concept of courage and how to build it up within ourselves. We’ll learn how to overcome our fears and take action towards our goals.
– 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬: By the end of this module, you’ll have a better understanding of YOUR fears and how to navigate them. You’ll know how to build up your courage muscles and be ready to take action towards your goals.
✨𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝟔: 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞
– Many of us feel lost or unsure about our purpose in life. In this module, we’ll explore what it means to operate in your passion and have a sense of purpose, and how to find it within ourselves. You’ll learn the value of meaningful goals and take action towards a purpose-driven life.
– 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬: By the end of this module, you’ll have a clearer sense of your passions, values, and goals. You’ll have created a vision board that reflects your ideal life, and you’ll be ready to take action towards making that vision a reality.

Living with intention means being mindful of our choices and actions. In this module, we’ll explore how to live with intention and understand what it means… and what it doesn’t mean. We will also understand how to create a life that aligns with our values and goals.
– 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬: By the end of this module, you’ll have a better understanding of how to live with intention and align your actions with your values. You’ll have created a daily practice of setting intentions and practising mindfulness.

Change is hard, and it’s important to have strategies in place to sustain the progress you’ve made. In this module, we’ll explore how to maintain your transformation and continue living a life of purpose and fulfilment.
– 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬: You will learn how to create a plan for ongoing self-care and self-improvement, and how to stay accountable to yourself and your goals.
